          Traction inverter & motor control integrated circuits and designs

          Description

          Our integrated circuits and reference designs allow you to create traction inverter and motor control designs that efficiently convert DC power to alternating phases of power to drive multi-phase motors.

          Traction inverter and motor controls require:

          • Safely and efficiently control and protect the power switch (IGBT/SiC)
          • Position sensing of the motor shaft (resolver replacement)
          • Following state-of-the-art architecture regarding system redundancy in order to allow implementation of the system on the highest safety level.
